backup/daily-backup-frequency¶
Location where backup archives (tarballs) will be stored
This parameter determines how many backups will be performed each day, distributed at even intervals throughout a 24-hour period.
The system will start with the first backup at the hour specified by backup/initial-backup-hour, then perform subsequent backups at evenly spaced intervals.
Valid values are factors of 24 to ensure even spacing: - 1: Once daily (every 24 hours) - 2: Twice daily (every 12 hours) - 3: Three times daily (every 8 hours) - 4: Four times daily (every 6 hours) - 6: Six times daily (every 4 hours) - 8: Eight times daily (every 3 hours) - 12: Twelve times daily (every 2 hours) - 24: Twenty-four times daily (every hour)
For example, with backup/initial-backup-hour=3 and backup/daily-backup-frequency=4, backups would occur at 3:00, 9:00, 15:00, and 21:00.
