Location where backup archives (tarballs) will be stored

Stores the complete API URL for the specific DRP cluster node that this backup runner machine represents.

• Set on individual backup runner machines during setup-restore-agents task
• Extracted from ClusterState.Nodes[].ApiUrl for HA clusters
• For single nodes, uses the main endpoint URL
