OpenShift cluster agent configuration path

This parameter controls whether the OpenShift Installer Bootstrap Process supports the User Provisioned Infrastructure (UPI) method.

Requirements

• Must be set on the global profile or the self-runner

Usage

Installation flow control:

false   # (Default) Does not setup UPI-based installation
true    # Sets up UPI-based installation

Progression sequence:

1. Update global or self-runner with value
2. Apply the bootstrap-openshift-contents profile to the self-runner
3. Run the rebootstrap blueprint ```
