Overrides 'init-options' for SuSe based systems.

By default the system will reboot into the installed environment. Setting this Param to false will force the system installer to not reboot. This is used primarily as a debugging path to review the installer environment before it reboots the system.

Operator intervention WILL be required to reboot the installed system if this is set to false.
