This stage safely destroys a backup server and cleans up all associated resources.

The stage performs the following cleanup operations: 1. Optionally removes all backup files if configured to do so 2. Removes restore agents from target endpoints 3. Destroys all backup runner machines created for this backup server

This stage should be run when decommissioning a backup server to ensure all related resources are properly cleaned up and no orphaned machines or agents remain in the system.

Warning: This operation is destructive and cannot be undone. Ensure that any important backup data has been preserved before running this stage.
