Enforces backup retention policies by removing old backups

This task verifies that the backup container has been properly set up with:

1. Required tools:
2. drpcli

3. dr-waltool

4. Required mounts:

5. Verifies that the container/backup folder exists
6. Confirms this folder is correctly tracking the volume specified in context/volumes

This task should be run before attempting backup operations to ensure the environment is correctly configured.
