Trigger to batch run of tests

This is blueprint/trigger can used to run a batch o tests against a default environment.

This is an event trigger that MUST use the following parameters.

• rackn/test/machine-pool - defines the machine test pool to use
• rackn/test/runner-pool - defines the runner test pool to use

This is an event trigger that can also use the following parameters.

• rackn/test/tags - defines the test to run.
• rackn/test/names - defines the test to run.

This requires a cluster rackn-test-admin-pool with at least one drpcli-runner.
