Destroy a backup server and associated resources

This workflow safely destroys a backup server and its associated resources.

The process: 1. Optionally deletes all backup files if backup/delete-backups-during-remove is true 2. Removes restore agents from target endpoints
3. Destroys any backup runner machines created for this backup server

Warning: If backup/delete-backups-during-remove is set to true, all backup data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
