Blueprint to create a Machine for building Custom ESXi ISOs

Creates a Machine that utilizes the vmware-tools-runner context container. The machine is used to create Custom ESXi ISOs from one or more Offline Bundle (OLB) depot.

Requires the vmware-tools-runner context container, vmware Plugin installed, and the vmware-lib content bundle also installed.

The created Machine.Name can be set by defining the Param `esxi
