AlmaLinux-8 installer that points to the latest Alma 8 release.

The Ubuntuhammer BootEnv is used in conjunction with image-deploy to boot a machine in to an in-memory (RAM only) operating system. An updated version of curtin will be used to deploy an image to the machine.
