broker-pool/allocate

Cluster UUID that created the alert

If true (default), use the allocate/release methods when getting machines from the source pool. If false, use the add/remove methods when getting machines from the source pool

This flag allows operators to choose between pulling machines for multiple clusters from a shared pool (set to true) or creating new pools when using the Pool Broker (set to false) to create new clusters.
