Wait a set amount of time while the tasks and agent are inside the machine's chroot environment

Depending the the target OS, using Ubuntuhammer or Sledghammer will allow installation to complete successfully. The version of *hammer is determined by the bootenv-customize profile.

Defaults to sledgehammer via the image-deploy/deployment-os via the image-deploy/deployment-os parameter.
