Cluster UUID that created the alert

Allows operators to skip LLDP operations for some machine types where LLDP is not commonly needed.

  • Add "always" to always skip (never run) LLDP
  • Add "never" to never skip (always run) LLDP
  • Other options machine/type are: machine, container, virtual, switch, storage.

Default skips are container and virtual
