Address of the Solidfire API endpoint

This parameter holds our best guess as to what the address we should use to talk to the Solidfire API over. The solidfire-wait-for-api task does most of the grunt work in attempting to keep this param up to date., although the solidfire-configure-network task will also set it if needed.
