suse-autoyast/software-patterns

Overrides 'init-options' for SuSe based systems.

Defines the software product Pattern(s) to install from the ISO.

By default, install the "base" Pattern; formally referred to as "Minimal" in SLES 12 and older.

Note

Note that the base pattern does not include firewalls as well as many other services. A more fully functional system might be enhanced_base.

To obtain a list of Patterns, from an installed system, run the following command:

  • sudo zypper search -t pattern

Some possible options (refer to the ISO contents for validation of available software product pattern options):
