broker-provision

Creates a critical alert if a bootstrap Task failure occurs.

This task will use parameters to drive the machine construction.

Detect Broker Type and injects tasks specific to the broker type:

• cloud-terraform - uses terraform-apply to run Terraform plan
• pool - uses DRP pooling to allocation machines
• context - creates contexts

When using the context broker, pass broker/set-context in order to change the starting context.
