DEPRECATED: Make sure that the EFI BootOrder variable has the NIC we installed from first.

Used to verify that the runner is able to connect to the internet or available locations. This is helpful to quickly troubleshoot network access from machines to key resources

This task exits with error code 1 if there's a connectivity problem. The Task Error Handler process exit of 0 means that connectivity is not a problem.
