Bootstrap Edge Lab server.

• Base Bootstrap
  • Make sure discovery bootenvs are loaded for operation.
  • Setup an ssh key pair and install it to the global profile.
  • Set the discovery preferences.
  • Update the Global Profiles

  • Edge Lab DHCP Subnet

Do NOT lock the bootstrap - it's used for the cluster manager too.
