Migrate virtual NIC (vmk) from Standard vSwitch to Distributed vSwitch

Uses selection rule listed in esxi/vsan-disk-selection-rule to select disks to use for VSAN claimed use.

Requires vmware-lib v4.13.0 or newer with the evenly-group.sh.tmpl Template.
